Fall Anime 2014 Forecast

Well, just done cleaning up those robbers and I can get a 50% refund!

I am sorry for this but, I will not post a post from Wayback Wednesday Series this week due to some time restrictions due to my current job as a parishioner. Anyways, I decided to post my forecast on my picks for Fall Anime 2014. And now here it is.

Denki-gai no Honya-san (Electric Town Bookstore) - A good anime that I have ever watch it why? Because there's pure comedy and some OMG doujinshi things.

Danna ga Nani wo Itteiru ka Wakaranai Ken (I Can't Understand What My Husband Is Saying) - I could barely happy in thoughts because SuzuKen (Kenichi Suzumura) is here voicing as Hajime, the husband to Kaoru (voiced by Yukari Tamura) and he's an otaku.

Amagi Brilliant Park - From the guys that bring you Full Metal Panic comes a sci-fan (science fantasy)/romcom anime that will make Seiya Kanie to save a theme park from closing. I'm glad that two UtaPri voice actors (Takuma Terashima and Junichi Suwabe) are here voicing a crocodile-like mascot and a evil employee that wishes to acquire the park.

World Trigger - I am glad to see Tomo Muranaka (Taro in Little Busters!) plays as Yuma Kuga, as well as the ever-popular Yuki Kaji (AoT's Eren Jaeger) played Osamu Mikumo. I even managed to have the logo of Border Defense Agency as my wallpaper. And I have to develop it as a button pin.

Nanatsu no Taizai (Seven Deadly Sins) - Meliodas owns a travelling bar along with a talking pig named Hawk. Then, Elizabeth starts her journey to find the Seven Deadly Sins to defeat the Holy Knights. Oh My God Mamo-chan plays one of the Holy Knights I am so damn impressed! The anime also starred Yuki Kaji and Sora Amamiya. Can't wait for Tattsun's role as Ban.

Ookami Shoujo to Kuro Ouji (Wolf Girl and Black Prince) - Another romance anime with a touch of comedy. Two of the voice actors who are Pretty Cure actors are taking their roles as Kyouya Sata (Takahiro Sakurai as Jonathan Klondike in Dokidoki! Pretty Cure) and Erika Shinohara (Kanae Ito as Love Momozono/Cure Peach in Fresh Pretty Cure). Our favorite voice actor, Nobunaga Shimazaki plays Yoshito Kimura.

Orenchi no Furo Jijou (The Circumstances in My Home's Bathtub) - Oh boy, Shimazaki's at it again, this time playing Tatsumi. It might be a short anime, this one's better. Can't wait to see Tattsun's role as Takasu!

Gundam Build Fighters Try - The sequel to Gundam Build Fighters. Like its predecessor, the series will feature a tournament-based storyline where Gunplas are built, customized, and finally battled. Thank God Mr. Ral's back.

Hitsugi no Chaika: Avenging Battle - Chaika's back together with the Acura siblings on a another adventure like never before. We can't wait to see more Chaika-isms to the fans.

Well, I've done the math, and there is no secret at all! Next week I will post another Wayback Wednesday Series entry so predict yourselves!

  1. Denki-gai no Honya-san: After reading about it, I've found that the first episode basically goes around the topic of pornography. Not a recommendable show, because the light attitude towards immoral situations.

Danna ga Nani wo Itteiru ka Wakaranai Ken : The first ep. didn't had many vulgar elements, but in the second one
I was reading that they included a incestuous "trap" character that draws porn about his brother. I didn't continue watching it.

Amagi Brilliant Park: It has lots of fanservice, considering is a KyoAni show. Some non-descript nudity in the first ep too.

World Trigger: This is a very interesting show, but sadly the animation is rather mediocre, but in ep. 4 it has improved. Also, it doesn't has fanservice, so that's a plus.

Nanatsu no Taizai: The premise is rather typical, and I dislike that the villains are “holy” knights, and the heroes ara named seven deadly sins… really cliched. Bad aristocracy, ruffians that really are good people, evil light-themed organizations, etc. Also the manga looks rather fanservice-y, and including some recent trends in characters (traps, homosexual characters, etc) but combines wiih a somewhat retro aesthetic.

Ookami Shoujo to Kuro Ouji: Regarding content warnings, the first ep. has some conversations about sexual themes, and a image of the protagonist in the ep, could be seen as fanservicey, depending on the viewer. The story is interesting, but I didn't liked that the main male character in the 5 episode insulted Christmas.

Orenchi no Furo Jijou : Looks like a yaoi fangirl bait show.

Hitsugi no Chaika: Avenging Battle: A very interesting showand characters. The content warnings are the same ones for the first season, too, some light fanservice, immodest clothing, and the character designer has made some ecchi and erotic illustrations, so the ones looking for images from the series should be cautious.
